Don actively tried to find out what my home preferences were, and narrowed down results and recommendations accordingly. He was always looking and sending his finds to me. When I saw a place that I liked, he had no problems setting up a time to visit the property. He also paid attention to what I liked and didn't like during the visit and followed up with more refined results and recommendations. He was always in good spirits, honest, and didn't pressure me to put in an offer if I wasn't completely happy with the place. After the offer was sent, he kept me in the loop about what the other side was hinting at or outright saying and didn't act on my behalf without speaking to me first. He has a background in law so he showed this strength in his realtor career by having great attention to detail when it comes to the paperwork. The paperwork is what overwhelms many people during the home buying process, and Don was easily able to handle whatever was sent his way (and mine).
